BLL is a custom stationery business, therefore returns are not allowed. Once a contract is signed and deposit taken, it is non-refundable. Shipping times for custom stationery is based off of USPS rates and timelines and is outside of our control. For expedited shipments we suggest sending via parcel or using UPS.
